Blind Depot orders are payable in full before manufacturing. You are responsible for the measurements, colors and options selected. Blind Depot will not refund or provide credit for any change in your order that is notified after it has been sent to manufacturing.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
As soon as you receive your order, verify the contents to ensure that of all the products you ordered have been received and inspect the merchandise to verify if there has been any damage caused during delivery. No return of damaged merchandise due to transport will be accepted unless reported to Blind Depot and to the courier service within 5 days’ receipt of your order. Only damage reported by you and confirmed by Blind Depot prior to the return will be accepted. The return of merchandise will not be accepted without a written request from the customer and authorization from Blind Depot. You are responsible for carefully protecting and packaging any returned merchandise.
All of our products are under warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the products as long as the products were installed in accordance with the supplied instructions in a residential building for the opening/window they were purchased for and the products are manually operated which have not been altered, tampered with or modified. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, alterations or excessive discoloration due to sunlight or passage of time, humidity, exposure to salty air, change in atmospheric conditions or corrosive materials. The warranty also does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the actual product.
