FREE DELIVERY

Delivery of our blinds and shades is free in all regions of Canada.

Your order will be delivered by courier service within approximately 12 to 15 business days. The courier service will attempt to deliver your order once at the address you have designated as your shipping address. In the event you are absent, the courier will leave a note for you to pick up your order at the collection center nearest to you. It will then be your responsibility to go and pick up your order within 5 days. You can also contact the courier service directly to make a second delivery attempt. If you wish to have your order dropped off at your, please leave a note on your door with your name and signature. If you fail to pick up your order from the collection center within the 5 days from attempted delivery, your order will be reshipped to our distribution center and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to have your order re-shipped.

If you ordered different types of blinds (for example, zebra blinds and roller shades) your order will be manufactured and sent in separate shipments. You will receive another email with tracking number when the other part of you order has been shipped.

SAMPLES

Blind Depot delivers free samples to your door before you order within 2 to 4 business days.

ON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER

As soon as you receive your order, verify the contents to ensure that of all the products you ordered have been received and inspect the merchandise to verify if there has been any damage caused during delivery. Do not leave merchandise in the box as it can be damaged by humidity, other elements and can cause the fabric to warp. No return of damaged merchandise will be accepted unless reported to Blind Depot within 5 days’ receipt of your order. Only damage reported by you and confirmed by Blind Depot prior to the return will be accepted. You are responsible for carefully protecting and packaging any returned merchandise.
