Thanks to their symmetrical structure, they look identical on both sides of the curtain, providing a flawless and consistent finish from both the inside and outside. Unlike traditional curtains, they require a specialized track equipped with sliders spaced approximately 8 cm apart. The top of the curtain attaches directly to the track’s sliders using snap fasteners. The curtains come with a discreet, exposed track. Popular for minimalist styles. To suit all tastes and styles, you can customize your curtains by adding a decorative cassette that covers the track. The cassettes are available in square or compact half-moon shapes. Simply select the desired cassette from “Option Plus” when customizing your new window treatments.

When customizing your made-to-measure curtain, you can add a battery-powered motorized control system online. The compact battery is discreet and hidden behind the track, yet easily accessible for plugging-in when recharging. Ultra-safe for children and pets, you’ll love this option in your daily life. These new-generation motors – more powerful, quiet, reliable, and discreet – are all covered by one of the best warranties in the country: a 7-year warranty. They are delivered pre-programmed to your specific measurements.

What color is the manual wand?
The manual wand comes in 3 different colors: white, grey and black. The wand color will be the closest match to your chosen fabric. For example, if you ordered white or cream fabric, the wand will be white.
Do Sheer Curtains come with a decorative cassette?
You have the option of adding a decorative cassette with the manual wand control, either a compact cassette, which is a half-moon shape, or the square cassette. The cassettes come in 5 colors: white, ivory, grey, brown and black and will be matched to your chosen fabric. The option to add a decorative cassette is not available for the motorized control. It will be an exposed rail at the top of the shade.
Can I replace the vanes?
Yes! This is one of the biggest advantages of Sheer Curtains. If one of the vanes becomes dirty or is damaged, you can simply order a replacement and easily swap it out at home. There is no need to replace the entire fabric. Contact our customer service team and we can place your special order.
What distinguishes Sheer Curtains from other types of curtains?

How do to vanes connect to the top rail?
The individual vanes come already installed on the top rail, making it easy to take out of the box and install. No need to attach each individual vane separately.
Which type of motorization do you offer?
It is a rechargeable batter motor that stays charged for about 6 months depending on usage. The 6 channel remote control allows you to control up to 6 sheer curtains within a distance of about 30 feet.
Is installation easy?
Yes, installation is very easy. All necessary installation hardware will be included in your order as well as installation instructions (also found on our How to Install page). All you need is a screwdriver and electric drill.

What is the delivery time for my order?
Sheer Curtains are made and ready to ship within 6 business days, unless you have chosen the express manufacturing option available during certain periods, in which case your order will be placed in priority and manufactured more quickly. Delivery is free and orders will be delivered via Purolator or Midland courier service. An email with the order tracking number will be sent to you at least 24 hours before delivery.
