All of our products are manufactured here by leading blind manufacturers. Our products are exclusively made to measure according to your specifications.
What types of window dressings do you offer and are they made here?
We offer a wide selection of different styles and fabrics, including an incomparable collection of roller shades, blackout shades, solar shades, zebra blinds, cellular shades, sheer shades, horizontal blinds and vertical blinds, all manufactured by reputable manufacturers. In addition, all our window blinds and shades are 100% made in Canada.
How can I get advice about the blinds or shades I want to buy?
Our window dressing specialists are available 7 days a week by email or phone to answer your questions and help guide you. No matter what your budget or decor, we have a product to fit your lifestyle. Contact us.
What is the applicable warranty on your custom blinds and shades?
Our window treatments are covered by the best warranty in the industry; lifetime for the mechanism and 5 years for the fabric. For more details see our warranty policy.
Are the colors of your products online accurate?
Although we strive to ensure that our colors are very accurate, there may be a slight variation due to the type of screen and device you use. You can order free samples to be sure of your choice.

Is installation easy?
Yes, installation is very easy. It can be done in a few minutes and requires only a screwdriver. Your blinds arrive with an instruction booklet and all the necessary hardware (steel supports, screws and child safety devices).
Is an instruction guide for installation included?
All our products come with an installation guide. You will find this guide in the box with your order. You can also contact customer service at 1-888-880-0436.
What is the delivery time?
The manufacturing and delivery time for our custom window blinds is 12 to 15 business days across Canada, unless you have chosen the express fabrication option available during certain periods. In that case, your order will be placed in priority and manufactured faster. Your order will be delivered by Purolator or Midland courier service. An email with the order tracking number will be sent to you at least 24 hours before delivery.
Where can I find the status of my order online?
To follow the status of your order in real time, simply go to the Order Status link at the bottom of the page and enter your order number and telephone number including area code.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you ordered different types of blinds (for example, zebra blinds and roller shades) your order will be manufactured and sent in separate shipments. You will receive another email with tracking number when the other part of you order has been shipped.
What type of motorized systems do you offer?
We offer 3 types of motorization. Battery, solar and wired. The battery system can be used for approximately 6 months without recharging depending on the use. The solar system does not require any additional set-up after installation since it is powered by the sun's rays. The wired system plugs into the electrical panel. The remote control that is included allows you to control your blinds within a distance of about 30 feet. All of our motorized systems include Bluetooth technology that allows you to control your window shades from your smartphone.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. We respect your privacy, we do not have access to your account or shopping cart information. All of your information is secured and encrypted with GeoTrust secured. We are also a BBB accredited business.
What are the different payment methods I can use to purchase my order?
We have 2 types of payment methods. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery) and via PayPal.
