    TAKING MEASUREMENTS

    • Take all your measurements to the nearest 1/8", rounding down
    • Measure the Width first, then the Height
    • Use a metal measuring tape to take all measurements
    • Make sure to measure twice

    STANDARD WINDOWS

    blinddepot-mesure-fenetre-e1509831416884

    INSIDE MOUNT

WIDTH: Measure from left to right in 3 positions (top, middle, bottom). Take the smallest measurement.

HEIGHT: Measure from top to bottom in 3 positions (left, center, right). Take the largest measurement.

Do not make any deductions when you are measuring. The manufacturer will be sure to make the deductions by removing 1/8" off the fabric on each side to ensure a perfect fit.

    blinddepot-mesure-fenetre-store-e1509831294443

    OUTSIDE MOUNT

WIDTH: Give the measurements of the space you want to cover from left to right.

HEIGHT: Give the measurements of the space you want to cover from top to bottom.

The width and height measurement should always include the cassette, valence, headrail or roller. The fabric will be approximately 5/8" less on each side. If, for example, the space to be covered is 60", it is recommended to order 64" (being an additional 2" on each side) to ensure that the entire frame is covered, avoiding any gaps that would allow the light to shine through.

    Notes:

    1. Ensure you have enough depth to install your chosen product.
    2. Take note of any door knobs, locks, handles or cranks that might be in the way of your blind.

    Notes:

    1. For ceiling mounted blinds you need a minimum of 1 3/4" clearance to install the brackets.

    1. Russell Jordan from Windsor –

I purchased Roller shades & Solar shades blinds of my 8 windows for my new house from Blind Depot Canada online. Out of 8 custom roller blinds, 6 are motorised having their own remote. Before submitting my full order and paying, i ordered samples. I received samples in time and it was way easier to make my colour choice. I installed all blinds myself which were very easy to install. I founds Blind Depot thousands of dollars cheaper than my local blind supplier/installer. Blind Depot are great quality same as local blind supplier. I am happy and I recommend.

Love them & so beautiful once installed! I was somewhat skeptical of ordering these because I really wanted good quality solar shades which I currently have in my dining room covering a patio door. Cost was a concern so I thought I’d give these a try. I love them! Only issue I had was they got lost in shipping and took a while to arrive but customer service was very helpful and they help me a lot. I recommends this product and Blind Depot for their good custom product and his good customer service.
