Included in the warranty

Exclusions
- Incorrect installation, misuse, accident, or vandalism
- Natural discoloration due to sunlight or the environment
- Minor cosmetic damage with no functional impact
- Products that do not meet the manufacturer's size recommendations
- Wood warping or material color changes that occur naturally
- Normal wear and tear
- Alterations or modifications made to the product, including the removal of safety devices
- Excessive humidity or heat, including sunlight
- Improper cleaning with non-recommended products or techniques
- Damage that occurred or appeared to have occured during unpacking by the customer

How to make a claim?
1. Contact us and provide proof of purchase of the product (original order confirmation email).
2. Upon receipt of your proof of purchase, we will process your claim as quickly as possible.
3. Once processed, we will notify you if your claim is covered by the warranty and, if so, provide instructions for repairing or replacing the defective product or part.
Return packaging
The customer is responsible for providing product packaging in the event of a return under warranty, including any damage that occurs during transport when the packaging is inadequate.
Repair or replacement
The rectification of a defect covered by the warranty will be a repair or replacement of the product, at Blind Depot's discretion. We will provide an equivalent or superior product if the defective product is no longer available.
Claims after 12 months
The customer is responsible for transportation costs related to repairs or replacements under warranty if the claim is made more than 12 months after purchase.
Claims after warranty expiry
After the warranty expires, the customer will be responsible for the costs of any repairs or replacements.
