Inside mount installation: do not make any deductions. The manufacturer will be sure to deduct for a perfect fit. The width of the fabric will be approximately 1/2’’ less than the actual measurement to account for the roller mechanism.
Outside mount installation: the width of the cassette valance will be the measurement provided in your order and the fabric will be approximately 5/8” less on each side. If, for example, the space to be covered is 60”, it is recommended to order 64” (being an additional 2” on each side) to ensure that the entire frame is covered, avoiding any gaps that would allow the light to shine through.

Recently ordered the Havana dual blinds for our big windows , over 120” and over 95” in length, the blinds were split into 2 in one cassette, they are heavy.
The 6 spring brackets were pretty hard to install while trying to mount it from the ceiling , they fell couple times after installation, were total disappointment, in the end we have to add L brackets at each end to provide more support.
We have used and installed silhouette blinds from blinds.ca and the cassette and brackets were very easy to clip and support the cassette from the ceiling, this one is using a different bracket style and were harder to install.
Blind were quite stiff to pull up or down, and I become paranoid to pull them up or down with the decora safe device.
I would say these are great product for small windows but not to large windows.
