DELIVERY
- Delivery is quick; it typically takes 2 days to be delivered between Ontario and New-Brunswick and 3 days for the rest of Canada, once your order is shipped from our facility in Toronto

Your order will be delivered by courier service to your specified address, according to the procedures established by the courier service. For example, your order may be left securely at your door, with or without a signature, or if no one is home, a note will be left for you to pick up your order at a pickup point near your home.
In order to receive your blinds as quickly as possible, they will be shipped as soon as they are manufactured. If you ordered different types of blinds, for example, zebra blinds and roller blinds, you will receive them in separate shipments. You will receive another email with a tracking number when the other part of your order is shipped.
ON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
As soon as you receive your order, verify the contents to ensure that of all the products you ordered have been received and inspect the merchandise to verify if there has been any damage caused during delivery. Do not leave merchandise in the box as it can be damaged by humidity, other elements and can cause the fabric to warp. No return of damaged merchandise will be accepted unless reported to Blind Depot within 5 days’ receipt of your order.
