2” decorative ladder tape
Very popular for years, this inexpensive option will give your decor a finished and refined look. The main function of the decorative ladder tape is to hide the control cords on the slats. Available in a multitude of colors.
Lift control
We offer several different lift control styles. Our cordless option allows you to raise and lower the blind manually and comes with a wand for slat tilt control. You could also opt for a motorized blind. It comes with a low voltage battery with transformer with optional smartphone control. Our third option is with the DecoraSafe control.
Horizontal Blinds – Frequently Asked Questions
If I order 2 horizontal blinds on the same headrail, would there be a lot of space in between the 2 blinds?
There will be a negligible space of approximately 3/8” between two horizontal blinds placed on the same headrail. This is necessary to ensure the seamless operation of both blinds independently.
How is the price of a blind calculated when choosing 2 blinds on 1 headrail?
There is no additional cost if you choose the 2 on 1 option. To save you money on your custom window treatments, the price is calculated independently. The maximum width available is 90”.
What is the difference between the wooden blind and the faux wood blind?
The horizontal wooden blind is made of 100% real linden wood. It’s 2” smooth slats give you the warmth of natural wood. Faux wood blinds are made of PVC and it’s 2 ’’ slats are either smooth or textured. They are durable and typically less expensive than wooden blinds.
Will the slats warp over time?
Our unique drying process ensures that the slats are designed to prevent and resist warping due to moisture.
Is there a rod or cords that control the slats?
We offer you top quality custom window treatments in our online blind store, which is why our horizontal blinds are cord controlled. Cord control is more aesthetic and more precise operationally.
Is installation easy?
Yes, installation is very easy. All necessary installation hardware will be included in your order as well as installation instructions (also found on our How to Install page). All you need is a screwdriver and electric drill.
How do I add a decorative tape when buying my window blind?
This option is available to you when customizing your horizontal blind. We offer 6 different colors of modern tape cloths to choose from.
